WilsonPaws wants you and your pet to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions for returns and refunds. Specific return windows and product-specific rules are configurable and will be confirmed at the time of purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Certain items, such as opened pet food, used grooming products, or worn collars and harnesses, may not be eligible for return for health and safety reasons. The applicable return window will be confirmed per order until final merchant settings are configured.

2. Return Procedure

To start a return, contact us at info@wilsonpaws.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Order Cancellations

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days to appear. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

7. Exchanges
